Caleb's tooth

About a week ago as i was giving Caleb a dental exam, i noticed that his upper right molar is coming out. He now has his 20 primary teeth! As i saw it i told him his tooth was coming out. Ever since he's been showing me his Teeth and says "It's coming out! It's coming out!!! Do you see it mommy?" he says it with so much excitment its funny.
